Hi, everyone! Welcome to the website of Alpha Phi at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. My name is Kamryn Crouch, and I am honored to serve as the 2025 Chapter President! Coming to college, I knew that I would love Greek life, but I could have never predicted Alpha Phi's impact on me! This chapter has allowed and inspired me to grow while simultaneously loving and accepting me for exactly who I am. Because of this, I have found new levels of confidence, grown in my leadership skills, and made connections that will follow me for a lifetime.
As you look around our website, I hope you can understand what it means to be an Alpha Phi. Our chapter is full of some of the most inspiring, smart, kind-hearted, and fun girls from all different walks of life. Alpha Phi is full of girls who inspire me daily with their ambitions and encourage me to follow my own. In any given moment sitting around the house, you can hear a sister who is coming home beaming with excitement from achieving a new goal, one who is trying to make you laugh with funny dance moves, one who is begging you to go to ice cream with her (this one is me), and one willing to sit and study with you until the late hours of the night for your big exam. The moments in our house that will always stand out to me are the ones filled with movie nights in the basement where the movie is rarely watched and dining room chats that end up lasting hours; although simple, they remind me what true friendship is. As you look around our website, I hope you get a small feel of precisely that: a place where you are loved, accepted, and celebrated…a place that truly becomes a home away from home!
To the women of Alpha Phi (past, present, and future):
I cannot put into words what our bond means to me. Every one of you has contributed to my experience here in Alpha Phi, and I honestly don’t know where I would be without you all. You have changed me for good. AOE.
To potential new members:
Take it all in. College will be some of the best times in your life, and I can confidently say that this is true for me because of Alpha Phi! So, enjoy the process and pick the place where, when you look around, you see girls who you want to be like, who you want to know, and who love you for exactly who you are. I am excited about all the amazing things you are about to experience, and I am honored you are considering our chapter!
