A house of 60+ girls wouldn’t run smoothly without a house mom. Thankfully, we were blessed with the best.

 

We welcomed Debrah Johnson to our home this fall in her first year as Alpha Phi. Miss Deb, as we call her, is in her 8th year of being a house mom. When she isn’t chatting with us in the kitchen, Miss Deb enjoys spending time with her children, grandchildren, and dog, Sasha.

 

Miss Deb loves to host events for her Alpha Phi’s. Her recent parties include a Valentine’s Day party, easter egg decorating, and a backyard BBQ! We love having such a welcoming and supportive house mom to come home to at the end of a long day.

Miss Deb says, "The thing I like most about being a House Mom is sharing my life with each and every one of you, and you sharing your life with me."

 

Miss Deb is a vital part of our house. The Big White House wouldn't be the same without her comforting smile and fun spirit. When we count our blessings, we count Miss Deb twice.
