Alpha Phi
Our Sisterhood
Friendships so strong we're lucky enough to call it sisterhood.

A letter from our Director of Sisterhood
Throughout my time in Alpha Phi, I’ve come to realize that sisterhood is the heart of our sorority.
It’s what makes Alpha Phi feel like home, strengthens our bonds, and keeps us connected long after graduation. From the moment I went through recruitment, I was drawn to the incredible sisterhood within the Nu chapter, and the friendships I’ve made here have truly changed my life for the better.
As Sisterhood Chair, my role is to create opportunities for us to come together, celebrate our friendships, and make lasting memories. Some of my favorite sisterhood events have been charm bracelet making, fall trips to Vala’s, yoga classes, painting jewelry dishes, and even sewing sweatshirts together. But beyond the planned events, the best part of sisterhood is found in the everyday moments—laughing in the house, late-night talks, and simply being there for each other.
What makes this role so special to me is knowing that I get to help create a space where our friendships can continue to grow. I can’t wait for all the fun, meaningful experiences we’ll share in the year ahead!
Sincerely,
Marley Petrick
Director of Sisterhood

BIG/ LITTLE REVEAL
There is nothing more comforting than knowing that if you ever need anything at all you have your Big to call on. Each of our new members is matched with a Big their freshman year. These older Alpha Phi's help guide their Littles through what can be a crazy four years of college. These bonds quickly turn into friendships that will last a lifetime along with many amazing memories together.
TRAVELS
Many of our members have a passion for traveling. Alpha Phis are always on the go and seeing new things, whether they are traveling around the world or just to a sister's hometown. If you are looking for a Spring Break companion to catch some rays with, a sister to accompany you on a mission trip, or a friend to make memories of a lifetime with studying abroad, you can find that in Alpha Phi.
